This privacy statement explains how and why personal data is collected, used and otherwise processed in connection with this website, which is operated by Elsevier B.V. for the institutional members of the Dutch Open Science Agreement, VSNUNFUNWOVH, KNAW, and Elsevier.

We process personal data when you make use of this website and when you provide data directly to us, such as by filling in the website contact form.

The types of personal data we collect depends on your interactions with us and the site and may include the following:

Personal data submitted through the website contact form will be used to contact you regarding the Dutch Open Science Agreement products and services.

When we process personal data, we do so with your consent or as necessary to fulfill a transaction or request, operate the web site, meet our contractual and legal obligations, safeguard our systems and users, or fulfill other legitimate interests related to the Dutch Open Science Agreement.

Personal data will be shared with all institutional members of the Dutch Open Science Agreement and will be subject to each of their respective privacy statements available from their respective websites.
